We are a homeschooled family of nine. We live on a 73 acre organic farm located in the heart of Amish Country in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We currently raise crops such as corn and hay. We also raise grassfed beef. Our family cows provide fresh milk for which we use to make butter, cheese, yogurt, etc. In the winter we make use of our maple trees which we tap to make maple syrup.
